Abstract

A 20 days old neonate with Goldenhar Syndrome and cleft lip with cleft palate was scheduled for ocular surgery. We discuss the management of the anticipated difficult airway in the patient using a C-MACTM (Karl Storz, Tuttlingen, Germany) Miller blade. A thorough pre-anesthetic evaluation and meticulous planning for airway management is of utmost importance in neonates with this or comparable syndromes.
